A Bit About My Services…

About My Clients

Sometimes, we can feel totally overwhelmed by the world around us. Other times, we just feel stuck and unsure of the best next steps to take. As your therapist, I can assure you that I will be with you every step of the way as we navigate uncertainties, explore challenging circumstances, and discover what it means to live a fulfilling life - together.

My Background and Approach

I strive to help people live authentically by helping with building and making meaning of experiences across all facets of life. I invite vulnerability, curiosity, and creativity into the therapy space for us to explore what matters and why. This often involves unpacking mental boxes that have been gathering dust for a long time. Other times, it involves stepping into unfamiliar territory and building the right amount of courage to do so. As we are all unique individuals, I find it important to utilize an integrative approach to treatment in that we will engage various types of tools, strategies, interventions, ideas, and activities in order to reach your goals. Specifically, my training background includes a MA in Forensic Psychology (i.e., working with people involved with the legal system) and a PsyD in Clinical Psychology (i.e., working with people from all walks of life), with a special focus on Therapeutic Assessment.

I accept: Aetna; Anthem; BlueCross and BlueShield; Carelon Behavioral Health; Cigna; Oscar (Optum); Oxford (Optum); Quest Behavioral Health; SelectHealth; and United Healthcare (Optum). Payment options via Headway include American Express, Discover, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, and Visa. I also work with OpenPath and offer a sliding scale for eligible clients. Moreover, I am also enrolled with Colorado Health First Medicaid - specifically Colorado Access (RAE 4) and Colorado Community Health Alliance (RAE 3) - for therapy only.

As a registered member of PSYPACT, I am able to see clients from all states currently participating in the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact. Please check out the most up-to-date map of currently active states here. Please Note: Even though I am registered with PSYPACT, I can only bill the aforementioned insurances for clients physically located in Colorado per Headway policy. I am able to accept private pay (out-of-pocket) for clients who reside in active PSYPACT states and can provide a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurer upon request.
